Close up view of the 1" thick SCH 80 PVC bottom for this 200 gallon aquarium. A.G.E. uses a CNC router to machine holes in all of their tanks. We prefer the "Hex head" SCH 80 Hayward brand bulkheads. The type of bulkhead that will be used is programmed into the CNC machine's software so that it cuts the hole to exact tolerance.

A.G.E uses an abrasive water jet to cut out a smooth glass channel for an external "calfo shelf."

A.G.E. also can provide custom steel powder-coated stands with leveling feet for any of their aquariums.

This is an AGE tank that was plumbed completely in-house by Kingfish. All SCH 80 pipe and fittings were utilized along with GF valves. We can help you plan the plumbing of your A.G.E tank so that it turns out as perfect as this one!
